How to Use The Foldable Tree Climbing Sticks?

Quite easy to stack fast to put up! Thought I would suffer from getting ¡°budget sticks¡± but they are much better than expected.
I brought these sticks out to the field for testing, only to discover that some assembly was required… and that assembly proved frustrating. For some unfathomable reason on each stick they have one set of the foot pegs installed, and the other installed without the pegs; requiring the purchaser to disassemble the tree mount and foot peg mount, install the foot pegs and reassemble the components. Either fully assemble them, or at least don’t require disassembly before assembly can be accomplished!
Attempting assembly in the field resulted in my losing a washer and a nut, so I only assembled one there, leaving the rest to assemble once I got back home. Testing the climbing stick did prove it’s worth. They are fairly light, and easy to secure to a tree. They proved stable and sturdy enough to provide excellent assistance in climbing.
These could easily come in handy if you have a pre-planned location for their use, particularly if you are able to set them up in advance and leave them. While they could certainly come in handy in any situation, I doubt many would like to carry them around just in case they might need them. They are rather long and bulky, and while relatively light individually, you would be looking at hauling around an extra 7+ pounds if you planned on bringing all four.
