RETURN POLICIES

Thank you for purchasing new products from the Kalkal US website store. Please read the return policy before using the product. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason, any item purchased on the kalkal-online.com website can be returned unused within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please make sure the product is new and the packaging materials, tags and tags are original. We will begin the return process within two business days of receiving the information. Limited Warranty Policy

Kalkal warrants it against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. The limited warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store unperformed alterations, repairs or modifications, use in an unintended manner, unsuitability or inappropriateness, unsafe use by design, or caused by chemical or foreign substances any damage caused by the damage.
