This target is strong and sturdy. It’s holding up very well to bow shots. Arrows are getting stopped quick and firm. They take effort to pull out, but that’s a good thing showing how tight the target is. It’s easy to set with each side having a different target pattern so shots aren’t getting isolated to the same spots. It’s a quality target. Kalkal makes some good stuff.
I have another cube similar to this one but I do like having multiple targets. I have a few other KalKal items and they are all high quality so i figured what the heck. This is a big, dense block of foam that stops my 65lb arrows perfectly, self heals reasonably well, and the arrows are relatively easy to pull out. Really, this is just like my current one but yellow instead of red and a bit bigger. I love the different targets on each side – giving you different visual targets. My favorite though is the side with five targets like a dice might have. The targets are the same size and just far enough apart that you can shoot three arrows at each target and unless you are Robin Hood, the odds of hitting an arrow you already put down range are low. I have done this on single target sides in the past and have messed up both arrows. With the price of arrows these days it is better to shoot at different targets. All in all, I would say buy this with confidence.
Better then paper, cardboard, or foam targets. This 6 sided archery block target is awsome. The penetration holes self seal for a longer life span of the target. Most of the arrows I shot into it were by a 35 lb. Recurve bow with practice tip arrow heads. Changing to my 45 lb. Recurve bow also proved good stopping power with nearly 4-6 inches of arrow penetration.
The self healing makes this a durable target. The size is perfect and a great value for the money, as I have seem similar products selling for a lot more money. Guaranteed to give you hours of target shooting use. When 1 side is full of holes, simply change to another side.
The design is of a large dice and the patterns give you markers to aim at , perfecting your aim and shot!
Weighing in at 12 lbs. It is sure to stay in place during use.
Makes a comfortable seat as well. Lol
Exactly as described and pictured. Works great. Good size, easy to set up and use, easy to remove arrows. Pretty durable too, holding up well so far. Good value. This small archery target is only about half the size of my other targets, which forces me to be much more accurate. It seems to be made of comparable quality to other foam targets And seems to handle practice points with ease. It has made of durable materials and the design is easy to see from 20 or 30 yards. Extracting target arrows is a breeze. I especially like how compact and portable this target is compared to carting around the full-size ones. Obviously it won’t stand up to long term use with crossbows or a bow set to 75lbs. It’s lightweight and easy to carry. It is holding up well to regular target practice. It stops arrows and doesn’t knock over. It’s a great target a very stiff and very solid foam. It has different amount of targets on each side likea six-sided die. That way you can refine your aim. The block is super light weight and might get knocked over with a stronger bow hit on the top edge, but other than that, no issues. It seems like it will be perfect! Decent size too.
This target is fantastic!!! I am shooting with a compound bow, 70lbs draw weight at 25 yards, and it stops the arrows after about 12 to 15″ of penetration. I hit it right on the edge and it still stopped the arrow (see photo). When the arrows hit, there is a very satisfying “thunk” sound, so you know you hit it. It is heavy enough that it typically doesn’t move (it nudges a little if you hit it on the edge, but only about an inch or so), but still light enough that you can still carry it around. The outside surface is self healing, so it doesn’t leave big holes after you hit it. Having 6 different sides with 6 different targets is nice, so you can switch it up. This is a fantastic archery target!!
