I got these boots for yard work and to keep my feet warm. I like that the sides are made of neoprene - i wear size 12 and size 12 fit well, the toe box is properly sized. ive worn Similar boots before but these seemed to fit better. They're decently heavy, so I'm not sure if they would be great to wear all the time but for 45 minutes to an hour at a time they seem fine. I think they would hold up well on a construction site.. I took them down into the woods with thick wool socks on and around 20 to 30 degrees and my feet weren't plenty warm. I have not tested them out in water to see if their waterproof, But I think they would probably do fine. Overall I would recommend them to someone looking for a good pair of boots!
