I ordered a medium size (what I typically wear. I'm 5'9" 170 lbs) and it fit me perfect. The material is cool to the touch and not stuffy. I especially like that the neck gaiter can be buttoned directly to the shirt beneath the hood so you can always have it with you whether you decide to wear it or not.Looks great, makes me feel like a pro angler. The thumb hooks also help keep the sleeves from riding up, though that really isn't a problem for me anyway.Overall, I'm quite pleased with this fishing shirt and would recommend to others.

UPF 50 sun protection. Hood, thumb holes. Nice color. Removable neck gaiter.Light weight, comfortable & stretchy shirt that dries quickly when wet. I don¡¯t really fish, but I do a lot of landscaping work around the house and the Texas sun is brutal. This shirt claims to be a UV 50 shirt, which is definitely helpful in the environment I work in. The long sleeves aren¡¯t too hot in 100+ degrees, especially if I wet them down, and the tradeoff is they protect my skin. I can¡¯t verify that the UPF 50 rating is legit, because I don¡¯t have a machine or lab to do that, but I¡¯m going to work under the assumption it is. The hood can be wetted and provide additional cooling while working. I don¡¯t love the strings on the hood as they could get caught on things I¡¯m working on¡­ you can tuck them into the shirt, or just remove them. The mask (neck gaiter) has loops that can be buttoned into the shirt to keep the perforated portion of it facing forward, but I find it¡¯s just easier to wear like a regular neck gaiter. Shirt looks just like the picture. I am 5¡¯11¡± / 175 and ordered the large, which seems like the correct size.

Very surprised by how great this is. Very comfortable, nice material, good design and included a gator and thumb straps. Perfect fit. I¡¯m 5¡¯9 185 and the large is 100% match. Only concern is that if it shrinks it will be too small. But I feel an xl will be too big.

I live in south Florida and enjoy the warm weather and lake fishing; however, I have been advised to protect my skin from direct sunlight so I need to use long-sleeve shirts and head covering. This Kalkal shirt provides the UV protection I need for my canoe-fishing outings. I have other, similar fishing shirts but this shirt has a few features that set it apart from the others: thumb straps to keep the sleeves covering my wrists, built-in drawstring hood for full wrap-around head covering and a detachable neck-gaiter for face protection. The fabric is 86% polyester and 14% spandex; machine washable, lightweight, breathable and stretchable. I was unsure whether to order my usual Large size or X-Large for a more loose fit; I selected Large and the size is good for me, a comfortable fit and easy movement for bait-casting. Color and pattern also give some level of camouflage for fishing/hunting.
