I got these because I walk the dog quite a few times a day and I just have a set of old tennis shoes at the front door that I wear that are mostly all leather so that water doesn’t get into them when I’m walking the dog. But they’re getting old and they needed to be replaced. I saw these rubber boot shoes and I figured these would be absolutely perfect. They’re not really like boots per se. They don’t go up really high. I’d say they’re a little taller than a regular sneaker. Kind of like an old-school high top. They also don’t have laces to deal with so slipping them on an off is just so much as far as comfort goes, they feel great to walk in. I actually have some insoles that I’ve gotten that I plan on putting in there anyways to make walking much easier.
I have to be honest, I am looking forward to fall and muddy weather to really put these boots to use. They are well made, have a good grip and a soft interior. I can see the interior wearing out after a while, but so far so good.I am a size 10 with wide feet and these fit great.
I bought a pair of their waterproof deck boots earlier in the year and they felt like I was literally wearing sneakers with so much support, comfort AND are very light weight! These waterproof snow/rain boots didn’t disappoint either! They’re as advertised and with the Xtra inserts, they feel just like my deck boots! This shoe company deserves a lot of praise for making some of the best waterproof boots on the market! I highly recommend!!!
I know these are men, but I’m a woman and I needed some decent boots for doing some outdoor projects. Around our whole house is a huge dirt mound and construction zone so I wanted something better to protect my feet and be waterproof. These are awesome for that. I typically wear a 9-9.5 in women’s but according to the chart when I measured my foot, I was a 8 in these. That size was absolutely perfect for me. I have wide feet, so that also was no issue with these booties and they fit like a glove. They have two sets of insoles, I swapped out for the thinner ones. These are so comfortable to wear and have absolutely no issues! Definitely recommend.
